Optiiimum was founded by Jozeph Ezzat — a marketer who’d already done the hardest thing in the field: build one of MENA’s largest personal brands from zero, and turn that audience into a 40,000-student academy. The agency was the next, inevitable step.

What Jozeph saw, working with brand after brand, was a recurring failure mode. Talented teams executing hard, on the wrong things. Beautiful content with no distribution thesis. Performance budgets without funnel logic. Founders posting daily into a void that was never going to compound. The problem wasn’t effort; it was the absence of a system.
